This bill prohibits counties and county employees from  engaging in any activity that aids federal agencies or the military in the execution of 50 U.S.C. 1541 as provided by the federal National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 in the investigation, prosecution, or detainment of any U.S. citizen in violation of the Georgia Constitution.
